Eligibility for Returns

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please take note of the following conditions:

2.1 Digital Products

We offer downloadable digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we can only accept return requests under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

2.2. Acceptable Reasons for Returns

We accept return requests for the following reasons:

  • Technical Issues: If the product is not as described or does not function as intended. Please read carefully the description of any product on the product page before purchasing it. To be eligible for a Refund on Technical ground, Imbibe Tech in its sole discretion would decide whether the product actually suffers from the Technical issue submitted by the user.
    Imbibe Tech reserves the right to rectify the Technical issue submitted by the user and accepted by Imbibe Tech as being an issue and provide an updated version of the user’s original purchase within 14 working days of acknowledging the Technical issue in which case no Refund would be issued.
  • Duplicate Purchase: In the event of accidental duplicate purchase of the same product. Please note in order to be eligible for a refund for a Duplicate purchase, you should NOT have downloaded the product through the Download link emailed to you in response to your Duplicate purchase.
  • Unauthorized Purchase: If your account shows evidence of an unauthorized purchase. Please note in order to be eligible for a refund for an Unauthorized purchase, you should NOT have downloaded the product through the Download link emailed to you in response to your Unauthorized purchase.

2.3. Time Limit

You must request a return within 48 hours of the purchase time. After this period, we may not be able to process your return and/or refund request.

Non-Eligibility for Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

3.1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for cases where you have changed your mind about the product or decided that it is no longer needed.

3.2. Compatibility Issues

Compatibility with your specific software or system is your responsibility to verify before making a purchase. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues unless the product is explicitly advertised as compatible with specific software versions.

3.3. Wrong Purchase

Any Ext JS theme, plugin or component available through EXTNUKE.com is built for a specific major version of Ext JS and targets a specific toolkit of that Ext JS version (Classic or Modern). Ext JS version and the targeted toolkit is selectable very clearly on any and every product page of EXTNUKE.com while adding an item to your Cart as well as on the Checkout page. In no event would any return and/or refund request would be entertained on account of having made a purchase for the wrong Ext JS version or the wrong toolkit.
